Prayer Request LED Light and Cold Water

This question is for those that have used green LED lights while night fishing. Have you used them in cold water? If you did how well did they work in the cold water?

Thank You. I have had mine for over a year and haven't got to use it that often. Using two gel batteries. Bought two so I could swap them out while charging one. Turned out one was not bright enough so I built my own battery carrier with a power on indicator light and a polarized plug on batteries and light. Planning on using it this weekend.

I think its more the night than the place ketch. it doesn't draw bait every night for some reason? I haven't figured that out yet. most nights it works like magic though.

when we first took it out on the ice people would walk over and check it out. that was maybe 8-10yrs ago. now you see underwater lites on the ice quite common. before led you had to pull big battery out with you to run lites. now I just clip it on my vexilar battery. drill holes all around, set minnows down on glow jigs, and wait for the frenzy.
