Welcome to the "Original" Cajun Fryers - Cajun Fryer. I got the 8.5 gallon one in order to do 3 big baskets at a time. Be sure to see how they are built allowing you to filter and reuse the oil. Bass Pro shops also have them but this is the originating vendor. I am amazed at how evenly it holds temperature and the ease of draining it back into the original containers once cooled down. Been wanting one forever and researched the heck out of them until finding this style and craftsmanship.

Sounds like an awesome time. It does look like an awesome cooker... one well capable of turning out the grub.
