And you think WOW this is super fish for sure , just pulling like a train it is ….
and then to top it off you land it without a net with a tiny jig in its dorsal fin …..
man did with laugh hard on this one....

believe it or not I caught 3 crappie and a bluegill like that the other day, but I was hooking them back by the anal vent for some reason..

Great picture! Seems like every time we go out at least one or two fish get foul hooked in one way or another. I think crappie have a habit of "swiping" at a bait first sometimes. A reckless practice!

I foul hooked two crappie today. It's been months since that last happened to me. But most of the crappie today were hitting more like bluegill than crappie. I also caught a small catfish, two small black bass, four small white bass today. Didn't catch a single keeper but I caught a lot of them so I had fun. I did catch two large white bass and one large black bass but since I don't keep them they don't count.

But that large black bass was a ton of fun fighting on an ultralight rod and reel.
