Default Crappie Birthday to me .....

I got $250 in Bass Pro gift cards for my B-day Tuesday, so I sold them for face value to a friend, and made the 70 mile trip to my favorite tackle shop, and got some new stuff.

Got 2 Diawa LT 2000 reels, 2 Berkley C-Series Crappie Pro 6'6" rods, some rocket bobbers, some 8 lb Power Pro braid, and Viscious 4, and 6 pound Hi-Vis line to try out, along with some odd jig heads, and some tying materials for my new hobby !

I plan to spool em up, and try em out in the morning.

I already have 2 Crappie Pro rods in 7'2", and 9''2", and love em !

    Once again, thanks for lookin.

Happy Birthday. Those are great choices. Most of those are on my wish list. I would be interested in the name of the sporting goods place they came from. BPS and Cabela's make me disoriented. I am sure they are great places to shop but I usually end up leaving empty handed. Website too.

Actually, it is just a small tackle shop in Columbia Missouri, called Tombstone Tackle ….. https://www.globuya.com/US/Columbia/104518316296815/Tombstone-Tackle

It's a 70 mile drive to Bass Pro, but I drive several miles past BP to go there.
