    Default First crappie since mid june !


    Finally, the slabs are comin back from wherever they went for the summer …..

    Only caught 2, but was only out for an hour, just before dark. 2 feet deep over a 10 foot channel ledge, with a slip float, and a minner. Water temp is down to 76 deg.

    Now I'm all fired up, goin out in the morning again .….

    I caught a few in August, none in September. Those two are nice, especially the top one. Slab in my book.
