Thanks for all the kind comments and reads yawl ,
I did in fact get the idea to try grilling a few from crappie.com “ crappie on da half shell “.
I had to scale a few fish that day for the man that owns the company I work for .
He is an old Alabama farm boy and likes whole panfish a lot .
So I did 3 extra and then filleted them . I oiled the skin some and put
    Lemon pepper
    Garlic
    Lime
    Cayenne
    Bread crumbs
And Parmesan cheese on the meat side
Then about a hot grill for about 15
And they were rather tasty prepped that way for sure
sum kawl me tha outlaw ketchn whales
