My great uncle was the vp of Camillus knives way way back when up in New York . I think they were ok knives in the day . The problem with knives is that if one is a popular knife and or well made the foreign legion comes into play and cheap knockoffs become the norm .
the steel in an older knife blade if its American made is typically pretty good quality . my 2 cents
