Default Needing help! Single rod holders

Wanting to move up into the world of singles. Heard mixed reviews on all and have being doing research and even alot of talking at the recent ACT tournament. Elite are a great but he is no longer making them. Both tite lok and driftmasters have alot of flaws, and the millenniums are just bulky! What's everybody's opinion???

I’d say Elites for sure! Since when did he stop making them?? I just checked his website and he still has em listed. That’s my boat he has pictured and I love my Singles. Name: IMG_1922.jpg

He is not making them no more or at least at the moment because he has started a new job and does not have time.

Not sure what the "flaws" are with the driftmasters as that's all I've ever used. Can't think of a time they've let me down, regardless of what species I was fishing for.

The driftmasters don't tighten down to where they are completely tight. I also don't like the hand tighten nuts at all. I had the t bars a few years ago and in a hard wind, they would move constantly. My own opinion however. Seems to be the same problem with singles from other fisherman told me at the Kentucky lake ACT

They don’t show on grizzly jigs site right now. But I know for a while they had Perroti Built singles that looked pretty good. Might give them a call and see if they still have them.

Don’t know his product line from memory but Scott at Hi-Ted stuff and his products are top notch. I took some of his parts from the ones I have and set up 4 singles a while back, worked perfect. Worth a call if nothing else.
