I got it with no problem. We're getting hit with a blue-green algae bloom here too. Our town has put a ban on all boating, fishing and swimming in our waterways. Not a good situation for sure.

good point brought up by one commenter. what happens when a boat crashes with one of these stupid things? bet that ill put an end to the program. lol
As for the water treatment side of things, standard treatment procedures (clarification/ flocculation) will remove "hab's".
I wonder how many fisherman picked them up, in livescope - 360 - panoptix, and tried to catch them?!?
