Default Fishing around my dock light..need help

I am trying to figure out where the sacs are hanging out. Here is my scenario:
*8 acre lake in a subdivision. Only 3 sac fisherman and a few bass guys.
    *1/2 lake averages 6-12', other 1/2 pretty deep..up to 20'.
*Lighted area in front of my pier is 4 - 8' which is provided by a very bright white 110v led white light about 18" above the water line.
*I have an aerator about 10 foot in front of the light,,its sitting on bottom in 8' of water. It is basically an air pump running to a bladder using a sinking air hose.
*Bream and bass are visible, and easily caught day or night. The bass are fat with the threadfin and bream for food.
*Trees are sunk vertical and horizontal to the pier from 8-12' of water, about 10' from the aerator in all directions.
*Water temp is 94 on surface and 85ish around the aerator today
*Aerator has been in the water since last December
*Caught a few nice sacs near the bank during the day in the 2019 spawn,,as we do every year.
*From 2014 to 2017 I could catch 3 to 10 every night using minnows fishing without the light and aerator during the summer/fall.
    Here are my questions
Why can't is see any sacs around the light?
    Is it too much light?
Could the aerator be hurting anything?
Are the bass keeping them from feeding in this area?
    Or is
    it just too hot?
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

maybe its a time of night thing? ever try it before dawn an hour or two? pitch jigs out away and work them back into the light. sometimes they wont come into light plume. other nights they swim rt threw it after bait and jigs. are there cats in the pond? I have had them run off the crappie when they show up before. keep at it youll figure it out.

I mostly fish at night and most of my fish are caught 15 to 20 foot or more away from the light. That may not be so everywhere but it has been my experience.

I saw a video by Mr Crappie fishing that same way and he caught a box full just at the edge of the light. He never fished in the light.

I wouldn't think the fish would be in or spend much time in the brighter lit area. They may possibly even be "under" your dock

I just remember back when my Grandparents & I would fish for Crappie at night ... me at the bow, Grandmother in the center seat, & Grandfather at the transom seat. Coleman gas lantern hanging over the side, right in front of my Grandmother ... and while she did occasionally catch a fish, my Grandfather & I usually had better luck, even though were weren't more than 3-4 feet to either side of her.
