I tie granny knots mostly. Fish don't care. I don't believe a fish checks to see if the jig is hanging perfect either. If fish were particular about all things, I would never catch 'em.

I use the Kreh on larger jigs and the "Richard Gene Special" loop knot on the smaller jigs. Both work very well for me. My choice is based on lure size alone. My hands are not big enough to use the Richard Gene on larger lures.

They call that one the..."Non Slip Loop Knot" it seems to be very popular, but I hated tying it, the Surgeon's Loop works just fine.

I use the loop knot for ease of tying.

Fer jigs I use the surgeons loop and palomar knot fer other stuff. Both are simple and fast fer me - main problem is the hot sunny weather - I'm ready fer the fall cool down!

I used Rapala loop knot, since I learned this knot from long time ago. The only problem is harder to tie with braid and to make loop as small as possible.
Now I use the smallest snap most of the time.

Never having seen the description or instructions of Lefty’s knot, I can’t say for certain, but I believe that is what I was shown with the tag pointing at the lure. I love it with my tiny tackle and find that I get hung less often in the trash I fish. It was shown to me for fishing weedy water on the west coast of FL and I immediately saw its advantages. It has taken me a while but it gets more comfortable to tie all the time. I believe the surgeons is a double overhand know using the entire loop, and was my dads favorite.
