    Ok guys...... chipewa has the lure name right...here is the answers and the story...

    The mans Name was Howard Worden who founded Worden Lures. His spinner bait was first called the "Retreat Special". His father founded Yakima Bait Company in Granger, Washington in 1929. Howard's company joined his fathers company in the late 1940's and he changed the name of his spinner to the Rooster Tail. They are still being made today by Yakima Bait Company and they are made in the USA. I hope you enjoyed todays Fishing Trivia...I will be back next Monday morning with some more trivia.     Thanks "G", I Had the lure right but got busy here and never got back to it. I enjoyed the history lesson...
