I hope they get everything the law can provide by way of loss of license, loss of guide license, fines per fish over the limit and for grossly ignoring the conservation, fisheries, game laws and/or punitive damages to make an example of them that is so severe that it strikes fear into the hearts and minds of everyone who hears about this.

The guides should also get the penalties that will be levied on out of state customers they Ban were guiding. Guides know better, what a black eye to their industry. Ban them for life from guiding.
