that Lazy Ike looks a lot like the Flat fish...I'll agree with those that said it...

Well...Quite a few of you got it right. It was Charles Helin and the lure was the Helin Flatfish. Other famous Helin lures were the Fishcake and the Swimmerspoon. Helin Tackle Company was a family business untill 1989 when they sold to the Yakima Bait Company in Granger, Washington. Yakima moved the original Helin molds etc. all to Washington where they are producing Helin lures under the Yakima brand and 100 years later they are still catching fish.
