I just came to the Forum to make a post -- then found this thread -- The Leaking foam minnow bucket cure --- Everything seems to love to eat Foam . Last week I had to buy a can to seal around a Fireplace flashing that was leaking, I bought the Black... I sprayed some on my test bucket with holes from testing other things ---- it worked -- Spraying light coats the thinner in it does effect coats that are too thick.... Black shows the coverage well. to finish A good coat of Killz 2 is a sealer that finishes the process and makes the Bucket White again ---- No more water leaking on the carpet of the truck or in the Boat
Attachment 350252My red neck rod holders for spider rigging. 3/8 threaded rod into Driftmaster star bases on the bottom, 3/8 nut and washer, garage door angle, 3/8 washer and nut. All stuff I had laying around. Rod holders are Driftmaster Li'l Pro with a 3/8 nut below the angle and a 3/8 wing nut on top.
Bad wrists and arthritis in the hands and fingers. So I made a little pvc tool to help tighten my boat plug. I use the kind you intsall from the outside and tighten by turning. used 1/2 inch pvc and a dremel to cut the slot.

I couldn't find inexpensive drink holders for in my boat so I made some from a 3" thin wall pvc pipe cap and a coupler with a small piece of pipe joining them. One screw through the bottom holds it down. Drill a hole at the bottom to let water out. Fits the Yeti type cups perfect.Attachment 350331

That's called Gorilla Deck. Not slippery, doesn't get hot in the sun but very pricey. What I have is cut offs from a couple decks I built for customers.
Interesting ! It looks slick but I will take your word for it. May have to check it out. Thanks !
