Default Michigan Crappie Camp 2019 ( video) Part 1

Maybe I should have titled it 3 gewbers and a lady......

I spent 2 days at our camp fishing with fellow gewbers Billbob and D......my wife and puppy.

Great time and a lot of laughs, hope you enjoy it!

Awesome video. Those southern gewbers might not have caught crappie, but they sure caught a lot of fish, fun for sure. Thanks for sharing.

It was a beautiful campground and lake. There were crappie there, too, it's just tough to catch them when the smallmouth, rock bass and pike want your bait more. Kudos to the tourney champ for catching some as you'll see in the next video.

    Thank you

That campground was the best I’ve ever been to, I’d go back there again in a heartbeat. Immaculate grounds and the shower/restroom facilities were extremely clean. The view was incredible, the event coordinators picked a good one!

I have family in Michigan and they mostly fish for bass in tournament's. Saw a post the other day, a great nephew caught some bass and won a tournament. Someone asked if he'd eat them, nope. back in the water. He prefer's walleye and trout! I asked about crappie one time and almost got disowned!

Said it before and I say it again"Haulin Ash Fishing Rocks". Thanks for the great time Steve, I think I could have competed in bass or rock bass. Maybe I should get a sheep trophy.

Danny, I'll buy a sheep trophy if you cut the legs off your overalls and take a picture with it. Have to post it on the main forum, too.
