I have seen where others use a 2Litre bottle about where the top cross is located with Zip Ties

I'd put "legs" on the bucket ..... either in a + pattern thru the bucket/cement or a downward pointing * or + pattern coming off the base of the PVC tree just above the top of the bucket.

And Yes, it would have been easier to do "prior" to adding the concrete, on the first suggestion ... which is why I added the second suggestion.

I think I'd cut those plastic straps off before sinking it, too. Even though you have enough concrete to sink the tree, without support legs all it would take is for someone to drag a crank or jig across those straps & snag up and they could potentially tip the whole thing over.

I like the Soda bottle Idea. I wonder if a single bottle will do the job. I also wonder if it is best to put the bottle in the middle, as you suggest, or near the top of the structure.
    Thank you for your reply!

CrappiePappy, Yes in retrospect I sure wish I would have installed a 4-way fitting, 4" diameter, into the bottom of the bucket, then put 3 foot sections thru the bucket, into the fitting, and then fill them with concrete as well.
I sure didnt think about a crank being able to pull the tree over. If it wasnt so dark and scary at the bottom of the Lake of the Ozarks I would Scuba down there and anchor it manually! I admit it, I aint going down there in 3 foot visibility!!!

Get our Louisiana boy Josh "Andrews" to do it, he ain't scared. That's how he puts his out in his fish house and you should see the catfish he grabs by hand!

Do the best you can trying to keep them upright, but they still hold fish when they fall over. And about them being relocated after you put them out, that’s a real thing. I put one out on Tuesday and it had been moved before I got back on Saturday. I found it nearby, but lazy people will abscond with your efforts and think nothing of it. I liked putting them on a point starting a bit shallower than some would think best and going down the point into deeper water, a few feet apart. Mixing plastic with natural, I used oak brach bundles and a concrete block, and they seemed to like it better. It will sometimes also develop a sweet spot that holds more than the rest of it.

if you cap all the ends of the pvc it will hold air inside and that in turn might get it done
but one good gallon juice bottle zip tied about 3/4 of the way up will get it done .
or you could dock dangle them off a cable or possibly standing timber as well

Put a x pole in middle of top. Loop a rope and let it down to it sets where u want it. Then pulling your rope back up and do your next one. This is how i do my deep holes.

You could still drill some holes with a masonry bit in the bottom of bucket and use tap cons to fasten a cross-brace....
