That's some sad news right there. I can't imagine what his wife must be going through right now. My wife doesn't like me going out alone, but I still do it all the time. BUT, I do wear my auto inflatable 100% of the time. Most times I don't take it off til the boat is on the trailer and up in the lot. Prayers sent for the family.

Thanks for posting Ketchn. The Kemah police chief fell overboard sometime Friday afternoon near the Texas City Dike. Last I heard, his body still has not been found. Sad deal. Everyone, wear your life jackets when you're on the water.

They found him dead..... The area they were in is very close to a tanker ship channel and they through some BIG waves....
Can't imagining what his wife is goin through and who we leave is the reason it's important to areat you're pfd's....
So sad. Prayers for the family.
