    Default Rude people

I get so tired of trying to fish and people just move in on top of you to stinking lazy to work and find their own fish. I don’t have a lot of places to fish. Got so mad yesterday just gave up.

It is very frustrating for sure... I was catching trout in a deeper hole yesterday and the next thing you know 4 guys were rubbing shoulders with my dad and I... A lot of times I wonder if they don’t care or are not smart enough to realize?? We gotta hang tough!

I feel your pain...Its at ramp and on fishing spots and hiway ...The best answer is Change fishing time I refuse to fish on weekends/holidays...
Fish at nite /real early/real late....seems to help those seem to help... as for Hiway 2-4 AM about it and dodge Drunks

Whatever There is answer out smart them ...be nice and relax..don't let them ruin your day..(easier said than done)

Sad, but it is a problem with no real answer. I also do not fish public lakes on weekends, it is to stressful. I am retired now, but I paid my dues.

Fish the week days, avoid weekends and holidays if at all possible.I tend to be stubborn,I can fish right beside the enterlopers, and outlast them every time. You can switch to a kayak, very few can navigate the shallow water ,or the stump and debris a kayak can........the fish love kayak water.

I think several things apply. First, this is why hand signals were created. Second, cast at their feet and watch them get upset Bout how rude you are. DUH! Third, drive in circles with the outboard when you get run off by the interlopers, throwing high wake optional. But fourth and already stated, start early and pack up when the crazy people arrive. Best I have found. I also have an aversion to educating people like this so that when they come, it’s time to go and let them figure it out on their own. I have to avoid things like this lest my blood pressure get too high.

YUP! Unfortunately the weekend is the only time I can go. Just yesterday there was a line of people waiting to come in at the only ramp. Sure enough along comes this group of kayakers straight up to the ramp even as others were trying to load!!! Bypasses me and another boat patiently waiting in line. Now we have to wait on those clowns. Nothing was said as a couple of the guys looked jacked up on steroids.....

my neighbors son use to fish with me some and everytime someone would intrude on us I would ask them to turn around and let the young man see their face. Then I would tell him not to be like that guy and cut people off and intrude on someone else when he got old enough to have a boat. usually the intruder would get embarrassed and leave. If not I just gave them a speech about not being a peckerhead. They are building a 400 house reort on my home lake so early morning or night fishing will be my only option.
