I have a Jenko and it is fantastic. Very light and easy to handle.

Ego replaced my handle also. I tried to order one and they sent it under warranty. Great company.

I have used the Jenko net for two seasons and love it.

Here is my opinion. I've owned Ego for some 8 or so years maybe longer. some of the other brands are lighter and I owned them before ego but when hoisting heavier fish with one and and holding the rod with the other hand the nets have bent in half. The Ego's problem is I've had 2 and both after a few years the extendable models have locked up and had to purchase another. I'll still stick with Ego just think quality control needs to fix this problem.

None, net is an emergency tool like a fire extinguisher for me.. Except when pulling cranks / jigs then its an ego reach or ego slider of you got a net man on the slider. Jenko I'm just trying out, so can't comment fully on it yet.

I did exactly what Alphahawk said after his review. The net is phenomenal. I was nervous at first but am completely convinced the Japanese firm is first rate. They track the shipment for you and are very precise on every aspect. The net is light, easy to deploy and extends as far out as anyone would want. And yes, it will retrieve a 4 pound bass.

Glad you’re liking the net. I think it is the Tokyo Trout Club that did a video on that net retrieving about a 15 pound carp out of the water with it.

Snagged a Jenko on sale at BPS a while ago, and like it fine. I can easily handle it fishing by myself.
