I don't know about the "Team" part but I am definitely a geezer, dedicated to crappie fishing and helping others learn to fish for crappie. I converted from bass fishing to crappie fishing when I was 30, got my wife interested a year later after taking her to a lake where it was hard not to catch them. She liked salt water fishing but was not interested in fresh water fishing until then.

I'm now 75 and my goal is to fish for crappie Monday-Sunday every week of the year. I don't always meet that goal but I certainly try. A couple of friends are trying once a week to teach me how to catch them so one of these days I might become as good at it as they are. If can ever learn to keep the darn bass away from my jigs. I have caught more bass since I started crappie fishing than I ever did when I was bass fishing.

I’m definitely a Team Geezer. They don’t even ask anymore about senior discounts, they just give it to me.
