That is 2$ cheaper than the rod itself that I held yesterday. I had 2 five footers that I used for 2 years blue gill fishing. Absolutely loved them. Wore em out but man they hooked a bunch of fish.

It may seem funny to some, but I live about5 miles from Lew's here in Springfield,( Lew's on east end of town and I'm on west end of town), with 2 Walmart's between us and neither carry much of Lew's products. One would think they would...I guess they are not wanting to disrupt each others sales or something to that effect. Maybe one day I'll get into Lew's if for nothing more than to look around...

I Just checked the wallyworld site and the Shakespeare micro series combos in the 7' footer is currently out of stock listed as a 25.00 combo on sale for 18.50 while the 4.5 footer was in stock for 14.50. Put a notice in to be notified when the 7' were back in stock.
