I am familiar with that tool. I gots lots of metal parts from kite crashes on Lake Harris and Little Lake Harris Florida in the 70s. My kite had a 40ft wingspan. Towed behind a big mastecraft to get me airborne. Landing was a controlled crash. I loved it.

Boy, that photo brings back memories. Looks just like my knee was in April of 1989. I had an ACL repaired because I was trying to be a jock following my divorce.

A coup!e things I learned is to do the therapy and push to do more. And the most important is that drugs are your friends. Use them if you need them.

    Good luck!

Glue for me too. They used glue on my knee and my hip. I suppose it's the doctor's choice which he uses.

Cane Pole, how's the knee feeling?

Must be Doc choice Mine Had stitches the dissolve and had a bandage with silver in it and It was never removed until the 2w visit..also They gave me a spinal (like gals get having baby) and a nerve block and minimal anesthesia..( just enough to keep me from knowing what was goin on...

Wishing CanePole and all folks goin through replacement best of luck and full speedy recovery with minimum of pain...PRAYERS too
