Good video Doug but the recipe time on my air fryer was a little long. I値l have to experiment some and find the best time for mine. Wasted a batch of good fillets yesterday. Dangnabit.

Excellent video reaffirming some items and adding a couple of better insights. Thanks!

I cooked crappie fillets tonight using my recipe and they were perfect. I知 assuming different fryer wattages, different size fillets, other factors will effect times and temperatures. My first batch tonight were large fillets and the bottom and rack were full and the recipe was fine. The next batch was smaller with smaller pieces. I cut the temperature to 370 for 15 minutes and they were perfect. We have had our fryer long enough to play with recipes and tweak them. Hope your next batch are better. I would drop the temperature first.

Will do. I値l get the hang of it. We should get some ice up here in the next couple weeks so if I can get out, I値l replenish my stash. See you in a few months buddy.
