Sportsman Guide and Cheaper than Dirt both carry military surplus. I bought a Guide Gear suit from Sportsman Guide. That's their store brand. It keeps me dry but here in the south it's got to be really cold for me to wear it.

well I'm here in south western Mo. and after living in N.W. Florida for a number of years, this year for some reason I can't stay worm except in the house where I don't want to be...lol
Seems every cold weather jacket I have bought in the year I've been here lets the wind and water through...budgets tight and I can't afford many new jackets that's not working...

I found something that might work with layering on Military First web site. It's a hooded pull-over water proof wind breaker. If it's like one I almost bought second trip to Germany it will work just fine.
