Might also mention getting thier Colons checked. I know it's not a pleasant check, but it can save you years of problems and also save a life.

I know several guys that have dealt with this. While unpleasant, their treatment was successful. Prayers sent, friend of mine.

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!shipahoy41 thanked you for this post
Having just had the surgery 10 weeks ago I have been thinking about you a lot. So far I have been blessed. Hope you will be also. Just curious, my Dr. never mentioned radiation. He is closing in on 1400 robotic surgeries and I am wondering if it's become a surgery only thing for him. That being said I am happy with the results. Did your Dr. ever mention surgery? Wondering if it's a Dr. preference. Still praying for your complete recovery.

He mentioned the possibility of surgery but I was uncomfortable with all of the side effects of it. I chose radiation, but even though it is a longer period of time for treatment and five days a week of radiation, I believe that long term the side effects would be less than chemo or surgery.
