Good morning my friend. The biopsy will be this Wednesday. They told me I can expect the results from it in about a week. I will let you all know the results. Prostrate cancer is treatable and can be a probability for men over the age of 40. I urge all of you in that category to take the PSA blood test annually! If detected early it is treatable and curable. If you ignore taking the PSA blood test and you have prostrate cancer then it could very well kill you.

Thank you for the follow up and info Shipahoy41. Yes you are right on the follow ups. I had Colon cancer, as well as a Cancerous tumor on my left kidney. a year and a half apart. Two different types of cancer and not connected. Thank the Lord I have been Cancer free now for 7 years. Still I go to my primary Dr, who is an outstanding VA DR, twice a year and I seems they take a pint of blood, not really but a whole bunch any way, as well as a urine test. So far the Lord has blessed me and I am cancer free. Thoughts and prayers are with you Ship. Like you said, it is beatable. Eric, AKA "Jamesdean".
