    Could you put together a parts list, specifically, the bases and clamps that fasten the rod holders? That looks really clean, I'd like to use the same construction to make a trolling rod rack in my boat.

    Will do! I think I got most of it from Lowes.

    I don’t say it often, but well done! I can tell you that when folks ask how to mount rod holders without drilling the boat, this is going to be the number one answer. Very nice work.
