Down here in the cool Smoky Mountains, we have had four consecutive days of 90+. The only leaves that are turning are the one’s a burnin’!
94* here in NW PA and 77* at night. Hurry up fall. I haven’t gone outside since Saturday.

They are on cover pretty good right now but they don't want to bite. I'll see bunch on my brush but only a few will bite. Or that's how it's been for me.

Well we've had 3.75 in of rain since yesterday and probably going to get a couple more before it stops tomorrow.
Should cool the water down a few degrees as its been in the high 80`s for awhile now.. High temp today is 65 deg w/wind so that's going to help also.
I don't think we've had 3.75" of rain in the past 2 months. We sure need some.
Im so ready! I love the winter and fall Crappie bite. The lake level has been very low and ive been able to mark so many trees and laydowns without spending weeks idling around. Though i still do

Our water temp is 72, I am still learning so where do they move in the fall. Are they going shallow, both lakes I fish are also full of shad. I have noticed shad heading for the shallow water also.
thanks
