Have caught em at 3.1 but can't maintain that. Limited on Grenada a few weeks back at 2.3, trying to get out of the way of another fisherman I caught two at 2.7 but did not think I could run that long so settled on 2.3, talking about folding a pole!!!!!

I have run up to 4mph on one lake the biggest problem and reason some will not catch fish at speed is tuning the crankbait. It is critical when speeds move up and not easy to get them to run right, some cranks just do not run well at speed so crank selection is a big part of it. I use a lot of Number 5 Frenzy`s I have to run thru, tune and test them to find which ones will run at faster speeds and they go into a separate box just for those times when a faster presentation is required.
