Kudos to you guy's for doing this.Very generous offer and hopefully someone that really needs it can get it and really improve their crappie catching.
God Bless.
If you know someone who is in need of a fish finder, and can't necessarily afford one themselves, I may have one for them.
A very generous member here has offered to donate one he is not using.
Please PM me, and include a little something about the person, and why they might need one (it can even be yourself that needs one). Everyone may remain anonymous depending on the preferences of those involved.

Sometimes people blow me away with stuff like this. Instead of selling the unit it gets donated back to the community. I would love nothing more tha to put my name in the hat since I have no electronics at the moment but I know there is someone out there that needs it more than I do. Hope someone deserving gets in there and lands a great gift!

I sure could use one. But think I'd need a portable one for the kayak
First off, cudos to you folks for doing things like this. It's what makes Crappie.com the greatest! As far as the kayak goes, it is a simple matter to fabricate or purchase a transducer arm for the side of the craft. Any sonar can be adapted in this fashion, to any water craft. If you need pictures of a "portable" device/adapter, just let me know. I had to do that with our sonar on the small boat.
