Default New Twist on the Classic Beetle Spin

I always like trying new baits and since these crappie are in post spawn mode, I figured this would work.

    Enjoy!

Good vid and results. The practice he employs of laying the one rod down unsecured will probably mean another addition to Davy Jones Locker collection, for when he happens to run across numbers of fish it will be hard to react while focused on the fish he is fighting. Even if he doesn't lose it he probably will create a new dance move just attempting to save it. lol

good video man. i thought i was going to see something like this.Name: beettlespin and crank.jpg

Size: 37.8 KB LOL spoons work good in place of the micro crank too.

on your rod holder issue. make sure you put the rod but under the foot control so a fish cat flip it overboard. i have seen fish take 3 rods off boats when angler wasnt looking. hehe

Yeah, I've had two rods/reels taken off the boat ... when I WAS looking !! (Hybrid Stripers are notorious for doing that around here)
