Default Long Johns,Sweat Shirt, Gloves and A Hat / Pics

Yes it was damp and cool. Putting on the extras sure felt nice. It is June but a cool and damp one. Wood fire has been lit for three days now. Jumped in the ol boat at 05:30. Burr going up the Pond. Started of with some nice slabs. Not the sixteen's we wanted they were still nice. Fished the slip bobber and some cast and retrieve stuff. Both worked. Still some nice colors to the crappie. For referance in the pics my tackle box is 12 inches. Fished 4 hours and put the hook in and released 139 fine ones. Name: IMG_0010.jpg

What he said. 78 degrees at 0600 and by 1000 it is in the nineties. Still fishing though. Great pics of some great cold crappie (smile).

Great job and some dandy crappie! Yeah....it's cold up here in the Northeast! Tomorrow morning when Walt & I will be heading out, it's going to be in mid-40's for air temp! Suppose to warm up to 70 or so....but that'll be later in the afternoon. It's been one cold, wet spring so far. Brrrrr!

Good job bee. It sure has been cold. Sunday when I fished I wore my Carhartt insulated bibs and my winter jacket. Wasn't able to strip down to my sweatshirt until 10 o'clock. Good to see you got out and had some great fishing.
