sort of, try slab sauce a little dab right on the bait and it'll last 5 or 6 casts then re-apply.

Cheap foam earplugs, single edge razor blade. Cut them up in small peices. Put in small medicine bottle. Add liquid scent. Let them soak it up then use them to tip with. They are tough and can be reused several times.
