Welcome from the great state of Mississippi We can always use some help.
I am sure glad I found this site. I was posting on Bill Dance Outdoors www.billdanceoutdoors.com and Go Fish Ohio www.gofishohio.com.
We moved from Ohio to the South two years ago. The Crappie are definitely bigger and better in the South. We are in Fairfield Al, just south of Birmingham. I am hoping to make positive comments and contributions to this site to help others who share my passion for Crappie and Panfishing.
I would invite you to check out my website www.adhocjigs.zoomshare.com and give me some feedback. I designed it myself and it is still a work in progress. Anyway, shipahoy and I'll see you on the water.

Yeppir,
I feel at welcome here at Crappie.com and at home. A nationwide forum to share Crappie and panfishin ideas. Who would have thunk it. When I was a school principal, I had a "Hooked on fishing" program for five years called PYP Positive Young People.
I'll be glad to share what knowledge I have with new and old. I've been Crappie and Panfishing for over 60 years. My hero is Steve MacCadams and I communicate with him often. I also heard a lot about Crappie Pappy and I look forward to hearing from him and the rest of you too. Thanks for making me feel welcome.
If anyone fishes near B'ham Al, let me know where the spots are around here. We just moved to the South from Akron, OH. So far I've only been to Beeswax Creek on lay lake (sight of the 2007 Bassmasters.)
This is old ship saying "I'll see you on the water."

Welcome from the great state of Georgia.
You moved to fish country my man! I lived in Montgomery during my military days and WOW! People down there are serious about fishing. A lot of water to fish in your part of the world. Site looks good. One suggestion...can you make the pics of the jigs clearer or bigger. They look pretty good from what I can see of them. Enjoy the site and Happy Fishing!
I teach school now. How did your PYP program work. Sounds like it was sucessful if it made it 5 years. PM me with some ideas. I would like to do something like that I my school. Thanks!
Hey Crappiehound,
Since you were the first to respond, I'll do you one better. I'll send you two free ones. I hope to get a digital 7.0 pixel soon and take better pictures. Glad you liked the site.

Crappiehound,
email me at [email protected] and I'll share ideas on the PYP program.
I enrolled students in grades 4-5-6 in the program.
