Daddy bought a Ranger last summer. I think it's a 168 RT. It's a really nice boat except the hatches aren't water tight.

I have had an RT188 for two years now and am very pleased with it. I live in Dyersburg and fish Reelfoot all the time. Probably headed that way tomorrow afternoon. I bought the bass model so I had more storage for my bass stuff. Mainly though I spider rig. If you’d like to come by and check one out just let me know.

Thanks, I stopped by a dealer just outside St. Louis Monday on my way to a meeting just to look. I’m on my way to Reelfoot now, I’ll probably start out in Keystone area.

I'm very pleased with my 188C. With the forward live well... not as much storage as the regular "bass" model. Depends on your wants.

    Best of luck!
