I had some of the early (possibly prototypes) ones on my Ranger in 2010. Absolutely loved them! Gene was fantastic to work with and even helped me install them. Will be getting in touch with him very soon on my new boat.
    Believe Dat!

How are these holding up for you? Noticed that you have the new apparently-redesigned Millennium holders (first person I've found with the new ones), which have done away with the nice aluminum teeth in favor of plastic. 2 of 4 sets just arrived today, and I'm beyond disappointed with the change. Definitely don't think they'll suit me for striper fishing here in VA, to say the least... I don't know why Millennium had to go and mess up a perfect thing. Or, they oughta at least update the product pics to make folks aware that the joints are now plastic. Not sure what I'll do now -- I guess either find some old stock or switch to Cisco, etc. or get some custom CNC'ed...

This Winter will be a full year using them, I added 2 extra mounting plates on the back corners, but work has kept me ftom trolling this year. To answer our question, i love them, the engineering ad machining is superior to the other ive used and seen. I find them easy to adjust, more so than my old cumberland 360 , but so far Im satisfied. Is it the adjusting knobs your talking about? If so i bet a local machine shop could make some reasonable. Name: 20180407_184024.jpg

10-4! Thanks - your Tracker looks great.

I was talking about the pieces that have teeth cut into them. The new ones I just received have gone from aluminum to plastic. I was thinking yours were the same, but you might have all-aluminum. Here's a pic:
