Oh, just a bit of a history lesson here. We're been working on a scent here on Crappie.com for a heck of a long time (at least 7 years). Remember names like Liquid Minnow, Bait Batter.... Anyway, we tried everything here from gels to pastes and everything always "falls off". It's this oil that has lasted on the jigs the longest, and that's kinda where we are today with the project.
Slabsauce has been very well received. Plus, if you look at that video, you'll see that I'm using a Pico Scent Ring Pointer. Pico designed that specifically to hold
Slabsauce, just look at how deep the rings are. If you look at the video, you can see how much scent is still coming off at the end of the video. Believe me, it stays on even way longer. That oil sticks to no end. You can pull crank baits and after 20 minutes the crank bait is still oily. Billbob and G will attest to that when we tried it in Mississippi. Here where I'm at in Florida, I mostly one pole. Either casting or dipping pads/reeds, and it works great. There You can ask Yankee Doodler, Crappie 1, Shuorc (all recent visitors)....the list goes on. Anywho, give it a try and judge for yourself. Good luck everyone.
