    Just cooked up some rib eyes in this new fryer. Purdy good. Gotta get a grip on my weight. Hope this fryer helps.

    Bama S you may try asking SteveJ on the Mississippi forum he has one and has had it for a good while now. So he may know a lot of recipes by now.

    There is also a posting on air fryers in cooking crappie section. The wife and I haven’t tried crappies in ours yet.

    I have had an air fryer for a month now and we like it a lot. You must experiment with the time and temps. we do French fries at 17 minutes 370 degrees sprayed with a little veg. oil they are great. I recommend this product.
