... these are two different baits we're talking about. The Charlie Bee is sorta like a Road Runner, but appears to have the swivel held in place by the plastics being used, while the Whirly Bee has the swivel eye looped over the hook point and freely rides up/down the hook bend ... so a retainer is required to keep it from slipping back over the hook barb. The hook barb on a Whirly Bee is a bit smaller than the one on a Charlie Bee.

A Whirly Bee is about 1/8oz .... while the Pro Whirly Bee is about 1/4oz. The Charlie Bee comes in 1/32 & 1/16oz.
