Default Has Anyone Tried The Skinzit

HI All - just checking to see if anyone has tried the Skinzit on crappie. Looks interesting but didn't know if the skin on a crappie is tough enough to hold up in the removal process. Appreciate any hands on opinions.
    Thanks,

They work great in my opinion.Take a little practice just like when everyone first started filleting fish.Think back when y'all started.Yes there is a learning curve once ya get the hang of it a person can keep up with 2 people cutting off the fillets.

Well I guess I'm a sucker for a new toy!
I'll get one and let you know how it goes. Hope all is well for everyone and thanks for all of the good advice over the years.

Waste of money as I made the mistake of buying one lol. Just my opinion. Can clean a fish faster with the knife.

It looks to me like you are skinning a fillet. While you're cutting the fillet process why not just flip it over and cut the skin away from the meat? I don't see the advantage of using the Skinzit.
I may be getting older but I refuse to grow up.

I agree. Did the same thing. By the time I learned how to use it the time lost negated the amount of fish I could fillet compared to lectric knife
