If you do remember to put tour tackle box in the truck....remember to put it in the boat... I ran 5 miles in bad water the other day in a tournament, broke off some rigs early...no tackle box...had 8 rods in the rack..only had rigged 3.....

I carry an extra hub and bearing set in my truck. Have seen a many of rigs setting on the side of the road with the hub off of it.

I used to have a checklist. Then I added a box to the trailer and now all that stuff lives in the box. Everything I need for the boat, lives in the boat.

Before the trailer box, I put all the gear in a tote and that went into the back of the truck when I hooked up the boat.

I do similar to Hanr3. I have a tote bag i keep my remote, first aid, extra cap, fish finders, boat keys, parking pass, and misc that i take in and out of the boat. The rest stays in the boat at all times except rods---take them out before i put the cover on and put them in when i hook the boat up. And yes don't forget to unhook the charger. Trashed my basement and a 100 dollar extension cord one morning forgetting to unplug
