    If it went to 16-18" i would buy one right now. No size limit here so i want to be able to measure a whopper and toss over 14" back.

    Yes either the south bend fast check whitch goes to 14 in or the bnm slabmaster which goes to 16 inches

    I throw back anything less then 15”….any gauge for 15-20” crappie?

    The b&m slabmaster measures up to 16 inches for all you Mississippi folks out their but thank goodness in texas they only have to be ten inchesName:  20211023_163250.jpg

    according to some of my research , the average length of a crappie in the lower 48 is 9 inches .
    Now mind you lots of spots got BIG crappie , but for the most part something like this is made to ease the pain of dealing with fish right at that magic size to go home for dinner .
    just saying .....
