powerdrive v2 swith for foot controll?

I have the power drive v2 trolling motor and wanting to switch to I pilot. Not sure I want to give up the foot control has anyone came up with a switch so can use both?

I added a copilot to my version 1 and can use either the pedal or the remote.

I too have the co pilot on mine. you don't have the added features of i pilot but youve got the remote and can run the motor anywhere in the boat and still use the foot pedal.

I have the exact same motor and have co pilot....i have never used the foot pedal and i wish i had ipilot so bad!

lol I have the same motor with ipilot and wish I ALSO had a foot control.

For pushing / pulling ipilot is awesome.......for dipping pads not so much

Trade you the co pilot plus some boot for the ipilot

Can't get the MK cable connectors. The molded connector cable is manufacturer specific and they will not sell the connectors to the public. I ran out of sources for used connector cables. Need 2 females and one male with at least 9 inch pigtail.

Other option is to install a switch to select who steers the motor (either foot pedal or Ipilot). This would require you to swap between the circular connector on the foot pedal and the circular connector on the Ipilot. You could use one or the other this way. Simple to do this and cheap too.
