You might call or try to order from these people :

Blakemore Lures Brush Gripper - Jaw Jacker Tackle

They're the only site I've found that does not have a "sold out" or "no longer available" notice. But, I didn't see any date listed for the ad, so it may be years old

Other than that ... I have seen Ebay ads for the Blakemore Brush Grippers, just none recent or current.

Thanks, I saw that one but there's no contacts or info about the company so I'm reluctant to trust them.

Certainly, someone could make a better product to replace the Blakemores!
I had the same problem with the sliding ring on mine. Not impressed with the product. May try CrappiePappy's ideas as a replacement.

I use a couple of electrical connectors (the kind you find on a set of jumper cables for your vehicle) with a length of nylon rope tied to them.

Yeah, I think that's the best option until Blakemore starts making them again. Apparently they broke the die and have not found a replacement yet. ???

I use similar on one boat, but I use the heavy duty clamps that look like pinchers.

On another boat I simply use 5/16" rope and carabiner. I loop the rope around the branch, clip on the carabiner, then pull tight. Both ways hold very well.

Not sure if this will meet your needs, but it is another idea. I can't claim ownership for the idea. I found it years ago on the internet. You can make this quickly and easily with 3/4 or 1 inch schedule 40 pvc and caps. Mine are about 3 feet long. Drill a hole near one end and push some 3/8 inch flexible nylon cord from the outside, then tie a knot that will remain inside the pvc. Drill a hole in each of the caps and thread through to form a loop. Now you have a noose you can tighten. I use mine for everything from holding cleats at the dock to holding brush and laydowns. They are inexpensive, serve a variety needs, and store easily.
