Janns netcraft use to sell them. They were called crappie crickets. From what I understand, is that the guy that made them for them passed away. They tried unsuccessfully to get the molds, with no luck. I have been approached by a couple guys to make them. I don't make plastics. I have seen some plastics that look close to those but don't remember where I seen them.

Don't know the brand, but they're likely some company's interpretation of a "cricket". May not even be a major brands version, but a small/local company or DIY individual

But, even if you can't find an exact match ... there's dozens upon dozens of companies & individuals that produce twin tail grubs that might suffice.

I have some in a transparent lime color these guys gave me to try to make a mold. They used the white ones. I now remember anothe guy made a single cavity mold and was making just enough for him and his bother. And they use white. The puddle jumpers will probably work for you.
