    I have yet to have any real luck with jigs. Maybe its time to get some nibbles and make me a convert.
    Keep them poles bent and the boat right side up! LOL

    I never fish for crappie without them. I talked to a store rep at Cabela's once who said in the spring they could probably charge $20 a jar and people would still buy them.
    Don't worry, catch crappie.

    Man... I had chartreuse and pink in my bag today on a REALLY tough day and never broke em out. My father in law, future brother in law and I were only able to manage 4 crappie in an 8 hour fishing trip and I wish I had given it a try. I feel like I threw the kitchen sink at em today... Caught quite a few bluegill and yellow perch.
