Default Best way to fish slab bandits in cold water

Cold water, dirty, docks, grass, pad stems, deep water off docks, flats, water temp in the mid to upper 40s, gravel on flats, What are some good colors? What weight jig head should I use? It's a big fish tournament. Water temp as low as 39 degrees.

Chartruse and Orange, red and Chartruse, Black and Chartruse. Did I mention anything with Chartruse depends on depth but I would use 1/32 to 1/16 if possible and up to 1/8 if ofer about 8 ft.
