Brad, I have to hand it to ya... Way to stick your neck out on the line and tell the whole story. That speaks volumes to me.
I'm happy to hear that you bought the magazine and I can tell your gonna pour your heart and soul into it. That right there will make you very successful and give all of us crappie anglers and great magazine to read.
I too will be getting a subscription so thanks for starting this thread and updating us on Crappie World Magazine.

I was dumb enough to look up crappie World Magazine on line and buy a subscription for myself and a friend a few weeks ago. I have been wondering when I would get a magazine. I hope my order didn't get lost in the shuffle. Good luck with your new purchase.

Although I can not control if you purchase through an agency, if you order here, it takes 6-8 weeks for you to receive your first issue. Please email me your name and address and I will search to see if we have you on file. Did you order from www.crappieworldonline.com or somewhere else?

I did not get a magazine until April 2012. This is far from the 6-8 weeks he claims above. When I did receive the magazine, I was disappointed to the point of being angry. Most of the articles were about stuff an 8-year old child knows how to do, like how to set a hook. Really? If I'm ordering a species-specific magazine on fishing, I think I know how to set the hook. There are two almost identical articles about shooting docks. The magazine was also a lot smaller that previous issues. Most of the tackle advertised in the magazine is bass tackle.

I wish I had not ordered two years of magazines. It has already been 6 months, and I've only received one crappy issue. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a 2-year subscription; I hope I get all of them. But if they are like the last issue, they will probably go straight in the garbage.

Well to start with, as stated above, I did not purchase until JAN 1. I did not recieve your money for your subscription, the previous owners that shut the door and had not published for the last 7 months kept it. So for me to fulfill your subscription out of the goodness of my heart is very grateful by me. 6-8 weeks is considered good time for new subscribers, however since you purchased on 11/21/2011 you never got a magazine under the old owners. I fulfilled your subscription. The magazine is EXACTLY same size, 68 pages. Bass ads. No, not ads. WHATS HOT SECTION, for the FISHING INDUSTRY. Your "SPECIES SPECIFIC" magazine will have whats hot section for the fishing industry, just as a fashion magazine would have HOT NEW FASHIONS in the SPRING issues.

Each issue will be better, and feedback is taken and put hard into these magazines. You have an idea how to make it better, contact me, let me hear it and lets discuss it.

I commend you on your endeavor and hope it fulfills your dreams. I did not have a subscription before so I have no dog in this fight. Just wishing you the best and will probably get a subscription. Your honesty is admirable in todays world.

BU, I believe you may have an attitude for getting the job done. I'm going to
bet your successful in bringing your magazine up to snuff and knock the socks off the
doubters. I'm a life member of B.A.S.S., and about to become a life member of Crappie World.
Thanks for clearing the air. Sitting on ones fist and leaning back on the thumb and saying
shouda - wouda - couda, won't get the corn popped. Keep the dust stirred up and results
will be forth coming. Now, when should I submit my photo for the cover? Oh! After I
    send the $99.00............Okie Dokie, deal.
    Thumbs Up
