Does the two sided tape hold lights in place pretty good??? I have a 16 ft Jon/bass boat with a front and rear deck.. That I am wanting to mount light strips along side edges of boat.. They are white so if fish at night can turn on to find stuff in boat but also flip on when boats are going buy to keep from getting tan over.....

I use them on my 16' Tracker inside and out. Have had no trouble with the tape holding them. Clean the area for the tape with acholic first.
